Shibarium Achieves Remarkable Milestone with 2.5 Million Transactions and Robust Daily Activity

Shibarium, the Layer-2 blockchain of Shiba Inu, is making waves in the crypto space with remarkable achievements in transaction volume and daily activity.

Shibarium recently achieved a significant milestone by crossing the 2.5 million transaction mark, currently totaling 2,562,586 transactions. What sets this achievement apart is the platform’s rapid growth, as it reached 2 million transactions just three days earlier, reflecting a remarkable 24.66% increase within a 72-hour period.

Delving into daily statistics, Shibarium maintains a robust average of around 200,000 daily transactions. On September 11th, the Layer-2 network recorded a peak of 202,940 transactions. Even with a slight dip to 195,760 the following day, daily transactions remain strong, currently standing at 200,880.

Additional Achievements

Shibarium’s accomplishments extend beyond transaction volume. The platform boasts 1,245,826 wallet addresses and a total block count of 626,769, showcasing its growing ecosystem. For comparison, just one day earlier, on September 12th, there were 1,125,968 wallet addresses and 588,356 total blocks.

Shibarium has witnessed a significant surge in the staking of Bone ShibaSwap (BONE) tokens, surpassing 27 million tokens staked, valued at $22.51 million. Notably, these tokens are distributed across the platform’s 12 available validators, with Unification leading the way, holding 5.33 million BONE tokens.

Following its public reintroduction on August 28, Shibarium has experienced widespread adoption. This successful relaunch came after the platform initially entered fail-safe mode shortly after its initial launch. The Shibarium team has since addressed technical issues, ensuring a seamless experience for users since its comeback.
