- Top analysts, including Altcoin Daily and Ash Crypto, predict Ethereum could soar to $5,000 or even $10,000 by year-end, citing historical patterns, strong investor interest, and upcoming network upgrades.
- Despite recent underperformance, ETH is poised for a major breakout that could surpass its previous all-time
Ethereum (ETH), the second-largest cryptocurrency by market cap, is drawing renewed bullish attention—and this time, some top analysts are calling for explosive gains. According to crypto influencer Altcoin Daily, a surge to $5,000 or more is not just possible but “very simple,” and they believe it could happen before the end of this year.

After ETH’s sharp 38% rally in early May, the token hit a two-month high near $2,800 before slipping back, now trading at $2,606. Despite this retracement, Altcoin Daily remains optimistic, citing Ethereum’s history of lagging performance before breaking out in major bull runs.

While Bitcoin is up over 12% year-to-date, Ethereum has underperformed, dropping 22%. Yet, analysts argue this lag is not a weakness—it’s a setup for a potential parabolic move. According to Altcoin Daily, Ethereum smashing through resistance zones and reclaiming its all-time high of $4,867 is inevitable. From there, they expect it to push above $5,000 with ease, marking a 91% surge from current prices.
But some believe the upside is even greater.
Crypto personality Ash Crypto has made an even bolder prediction—$10,000 ETH. He cites historical patterns, comparing Ethereum’s current price behavior to its explosive run in 2016–2017. Back then, ETH consolidated near resistance for months before erupting in a 2,700% rally.
Ash sees a similar setup now, with ETH stalling at $4,100 multiple times before potentially breaking out. His chart analysis suggests a 283% run to $10,000 may follow, driven by strong investor sentiment and institutional traction—including growing adoption of Ethereum-based Treasuries.
Adding to the bullish fire, Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin has revealed plans to scale the network’s layer 1 by tenfold by 2026—fueling long-term confidence and interest.
With influential voices aligned and bullish technical patterns unfolding, Ethereum may be poised to surprise the skeptics. Whether it’s $5,000 or $10,000, 2025 could be ETH’s most explosive year yet.
