Shiba Inu’s LUCIE Calls on Solana Projects to Join Shibarium as SHIB Eyes Major Price Surge

  • Shiba Inu’s LUCIE is urging Solana projects to expand into Shibarium, highlighting its growing ecosystem and supportive infrastructure.
  • With over 1.15 billion transactions and $12 million in funding, Shibarium is positioning SHIB for a potential breakout.

In a bold move that could signal a seismic shift in the crypto landscape, Shiba Inu’s marketing lead, LUCIE, has called on Solana-based projects to consider expanding into Shibarium—Shiba Inu’s Ethereum Layer 2 solution. This push for cross-chain collaboration arrives as the SHIB ecosystem gains momentum, buoyed by a recent $12 million funding boost aimed at bolstering its blockchain infrastructure.

Despite the absence of a direct Solana-to-Shibarium bridge, LUCIE argues that interoperability is already within reach. In a recent tweet, she spotlighted the example of Shy on Sol, a Solana-native project that is now branching into Shibarium. “This isn’t about migration—it’s about evolution,” she emphasized, encouraging projects to diversify by creating Shibarium-native tokens and tapping into a rapidly growing ecosystem.

Solana, known for its blazing-fast transactions and developer-friendly environment, has not been without criticism. Its low barrier to entry has led to a proliferation of low-quality meme coins and short-lived schemes. In contrast, ShibaInu has matured from meme coin status into a formidable Web3 force, driven by utility and community.

Shibarium stands at the core of this transformation. With gas fees paid in BONE and a reward system powered by TREAT, the network is attracting serious builders. It offers infrastructure like the Combinator—a support stack for dApps, AI tools, and games—and soon, a Layer 3 expansion known as “Shy Mode.”

LUCIE’s pitch is clear: by joining Shibarium, Solana projects can gain access to a loyal and engaged user base, innovative development tools, and future interoperability via Solana-EVM bridges. “Shibarium is open. The SHIB army is ready,” she declared.

The timing couldn’t be better. Since its launch in August 2023, Shibarium has processed over 1.15 billion transactions and supports more than 1.5 million wallets. With adoption rising and momentum building, SHIB’s long-awaited climb toward the $0.001 mark may be closer than ever.
